Oppland County Council collects and processes personal data on secretsoftheice.com. Data controller for Oppland County Council is the county executive. We use Google Analytics to analyse the data. Information from this tool is not shared with third parties.
As IP addresses can be traced back to specific hardware, and thus to an individual, these are defined as personal data. We de-identify the data before information is stored and processed in Google Analytics. De-identification means that the data we collect no longer can be traced back to the individual user.
